Same-day bookings are possible depending on availability. If you are in a hurry, please contact us via LINE. Menus with shower access are only available at the Rental Salon location. Please select the appropriate location when booking. 🔸 Cancellations & Changes Please contact us by the day before if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Repeated same-day or no-show cancellations may result in a refusal of future reservations. If you are feeling unwell, don’t hesitate to reach out. 🔸 Late Arrivals Please notify us if you will be more than 10 minutes late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late without notice may be considered a cancellation. In some cases, your session time may be shortened or canceled entirely. 🔸 Payments Cash payment is required on-site. At the Twinkle Heart location, credit cards and electronic payments are available. 🔸 Important Notes Treatments are for relaxation purposes only and not medical procedures.
